We’re now a week away and we want to make sure y’all know what to expect for load-in. The highlights:

Food Vendor Check-In is from 9:00am to 9:30am.
(If you need more time, please let us know.)

Head NORTH on Atlanta Ave towards the park and turn left into the parking lot.

You will be allowed to park one vehicle in the back corner of the parking lot during the festival if necessary.

The spaces are assigned on the map. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your placement.

Food trucks – please don’t forget to update your Travel Log with your location for Saturday.

The City of Hapeville Fire Marshall will be inspecting anyone cooking with an open flame to make sure that you have the proper type of fire extinguisher. If you have been inspected by any other agency in the past year, please forward that report to food@localmotionfest.com

And, if you haven’t done so already, please send us your Certificate of Insurance with the City of Hapeville named as an additional insured. food@localmotionfest.com

The headliner starts at 5:30pm.

Breakdown will begin at 7pm.

Volunteers will be given vouchers for food or drinks.  Please hold on to these and check in with Alexia or Army before you leave so that we can tally up and pay you out.

If you sell out early, we ask you to please check with Alexia or Army before you leave.
