The Fine Print
*The LocalMotion Arts Festival will have three unique “Experiences” that can be branded with your company logo. These festivities areas will include: Music and Performing Arts Stage, Food Court and Artists Walk. Experiences will be sold on a first come first serve bases. Branding will include your logo on Experience Banners and Signage. If you would like to provide additional material to use and distribute within your Experience area, please contact us for approval.

** Print Advertisers: Logo Badges of all print advertisers will also be posted on the home page and sponsorship page. Logo’s must be supplied on white background as a jpg or png file only

*** Digital Advertisers: Logo Badges of all print advertisers will also be posted on the home page and sponsorship page. Logo’s must be supplied on a white background and as a jpg or png file only. In addition, all digital advertisers will be provided performance stats of their ads, showing the times shown and number of clicks.

Note:
– In-kind sponsorships are available. Contact us for more information
– To avoid confusion, ONLY Art Vendors or Food Vendors are allowed to sell anything at a booth without prior approval.
– As a PAID sponsor, if you would like sell hand-crafted art that you or someone else within your organization or group has created in your complimentary booth, please complete an art application form online as a “pre-paid” artist. If you would like to sell food of any kind, please contact us to discuss, in more detail, and make final arrangements.

The deadline to submit your camera-ready advertisement is May 1st.

The LocalMotion Arts Festival is seeking donated items for the Raffle and Silent Auction during the Festival. These donors will be listed in our Festival Brochure. Suggested items are gift certificates, gift baskets, merchandise, complimentary services, and complimentary tickets to local events. Please email us for more information.
